At Charmsveda, we take great care to ensure that your herbal supplements reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is wrong or defective.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only if:

Conditions

  • Claims must be reported to Charmsveda Customer Support within 7 days of delivery with proof (order number, photos/videos).
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund of the defective/wrong product.
  • Unopened, opened, or partially used products cannot be returned for any other reason (including change of mind, dislike of taste, or personal preference).
